He has held leadership positions in Bayer Environmental Science including Country Division Head, and has played an advisory role in the areas of Pest Control, Vector Control. As a Coach, he has mentored over 1000 executives, and has a host of Certifications to his credit including PCC Credential from ICF, Certified Life Coach, TEAM Coach Practitioner from EMCC and more. He is empaneled as a coach with organizations in Chennai and Israel.

Ravi Chandra brings in more than two decades experience in the Pest Control Industry, building solutions in the space of internal and external hygiene and wellness. Ravi also has close to three decades in the Corporate Entrepreneurship sector, with stints in organizations like Bayer Environmental Science, and Diversey, across the country. He is a specialist in innovating Pest Control and Management solutions for all types of Pests in home, corporate and industry environments. Ravi is known for building successful business models and is a passionate Project Management professional. He is currently Chief Executive Officer, HVL Pest Services Ltd.
